She was one of the three founding members of Insight Music, developed to provide a Direct Response sales outlet for Polygram\/Universal Music across the UK and Europe. There she was responsible for sales, marketing and product development and she grew Insight into the leading music direct response advertiser in this pan-European marketplace.<\/p>\n
As part of an MBO of Insight and later a sale to EMI, she worked with major music labels and developed new revenue streams for the benefit of retail sales in conjunction with direct response activity.<\/p>\n
Prior to Insight Music, she cut her direct marketing teeth working with Time Life and as a marketer in the financial services advertising sector.<\/p>\n
